Steve Cullum, AIA

Steve Cullum, AIA, Principal, is an experienced architect with over 15 years’ experience, and with Hanlon Architects since 2010.

Steve is involved in projects from concept design through construction administration, with a focus on projects that require strategic design thinking and collaboration with various key stakeholders – developers, the community, municipalities, and other design professionals.

Steve is interested in quality design at all levels, from urban design to integration of finish details. He believes that design is important because of the effect it has on the people who inhabit the spaces we create.

Steve has served as a member of the Village of Scottsville Planning and Zoning Boards since 2019, and currently serves as the Chair of the Planning Board. Steve served on the AIA Rochester Board of Directors as the Director of Government Affairs from 2017-2018.

With his wealth of knowledge, creativity, attention to detail, and generous spirit, Steve stands out as a leader in the field of architecture.
